		<description>You're 100% right.  I have done nothing but feel a bit underwhelmed by the game.  It's still great, but I was hoping for more sophisticated crowd and enemy AI, more in-depth fighting, and less of the structured game-style.  Saint's Row really nailed a ton of things GTA missed, and with the introduction of GTA 4, they are still missing.

It also seems like they took a step back from San Andreas.  I really liked the progressive RPG stats in SA as it felt like your character was improving.  Bully had the same kind of setup.

All in all, it's a strong 9/10 with a dash of disappointment.</description>
